Replying to your latest comment: indeed, the root cause of this issue is that 
libgcc_eh is static only. If there's a shared libgcc_eh on the GP2X (hopefully 
a compatible one), it makes sense to use one in the cross-compiler, otherwise 
adding -lgcc_eh to the specs is the way to go.
