ln -s libqwtplot3d.so.%{version} %{buildroot}%{_qt4_libdir}/libqwtplot3d-qt4.so

This does not solve the problem I mentioned. Qt4 libqwtplot3d.so
must be renamed (and would you also provide the new srpm?)
