install the plugin at /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins under x86_64

Here is a patch to install the plugin at /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins. Note that
the alternatives name had to be changed to something else than libjavaplugin.so
since otherwise it fails with:

the primary link for libjavaplugin.so must be
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libjavaplugin.so
error: %post(java-1.7.0-icedtea-plugin-1.7.0.0-0.13.b18.snapshotFC7.x86_64)
scriptlet failed, exit status 2
