This is the same for i386 (with /usr/lib64 changed to /usr/lib)

The real issue is that, rebuild tries to install some files under
%_libdir/qt4/plugins/designer _directly_, not under 
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT%_libdir/qt4/plugins/designer.
