Yes, that's the default if you don't pass anything on the command line.

Argh, I hate %{?_smp_flags}. I only added it because I was hoping to get the
review happen due to comment #5. I should ask the FPC to forbid smp_flags.

But, it's already built with it. The default it to build with java and OSMesa.
