This failed to build for me:

+ autoreconf -f -i
configure.ac:11: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_PROG_LIBTOOL
      If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
      See the Autoconf documentation.
autoreconf: /usr/bin/autoconf failed with exit status: 1
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.90064 (%build)

I added a build dependency on libtool and it built OK.
