So why not revert back to beta2 which works as should ?

With the beta3(your 0.27) on konqueror
bluetooth:/
I can see my mobile phone and click on it
sdp://[XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX]/ appears on the URL bar of konqueror, but sees 
nothing on my mobile phone, while beta2 does.
