You will laugh at me, but the %{_libdir}/*.so is also required by the main 
package.

I was thinking about having 2 more sub-packages in order to comply with the 
packaging guidelines:
-   alliance-lib for %{_libdir}/*.so, and
-   alliance-headers for %{_includedir}/*
both requiring alliance.

what do you think ?
