The locale files are still not being processes correctly.  I believe the .po
files are not needed at all.  The .mo files should be picked up by %find_lang
and installed in /usr/share/locale.

Look at the files that are being packages:
rpm -qpl jbrout-0.2.114.svn172-2.fc6.noarch.rpm
