A ton of changes here, but thanks to bzr and diff of the noarch output of
ltsp-server-0 and this new version, I'm fairly certain it was all correct.

Please see how this is structured in bzr, and see README-DEVELOPMENT.  Next I
intend on adding "make srpm" and "make local" to the base Makefile to allow
quicker .src.rpm and local test builds.

Patrice, go ahead and add additional fixes.

Help Needed:

make tag
The bzr check before tagging is broken.  I fought for hours trying to get that
to behave properly.  Any ideas?
