You can remove your fax support now. These patches looks to be obsolete.

Anybody can compile asterisk-agx-addons, which are working well.
They do not require to patch asterisk and can be built on your packages.

Only one thing is a problem for me to build an official fedora rpm. There is 
no information about license version (only a "GPL license without a         
disclaimer" is mentioned).
