It doesn't build for me in devel. Certainly because of a
change in compiler which has become stricter. Here is the error:

/usr/include/net-snmp/library/container.h: In function 'CONTAINER_FREE':
/usr/include/net-snmp/library/container.h:440: error: invalid lvalue in assignment
