- make a LTSP_VERSION variable in the shell scripts
- move swap files from /var/opt/ltsp5/ to /var/lib/ltsp5/
- remove Default-Start entries from etc/init.d/*
- use TMP rather than TEMPDIR
- make sure that /etc/exports has '/opt/ltsp5 *(ro,async)', then
  we do not have to worry about the network or the client arch
