------- Additional Comments From mtasaka at ioa.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp  2007-09-18 14:16 EST -------
For 2.12.2.1-4:

* rpmlint
  - rpmlint complains about lots of undefined-non-weak-symbols.
-----------------------------------------------------
$ rpmlint calc-libs
calc-libs.i386: W: no-documentation
calc-libs.i386: W: undefined-non-weak-symbol /usr/lib/libcustcalc.so.2.12.2.1
_zeroval_
calc-libs.i386: W: undefined-non-weak-symbol /usr/lib/libcustcalc.so.2.12.2.1 conf
calc-libs.i386: W: undefined-non-weak-symbol /usr/lib/libcustcalc.so.2.12.2.1
_oneval_
calc-libs.i386: W: undefined-non-weak-symbol /usr/lib/libcustcalc.so.2.12.2.1 qalloc
(and so many)
calc-libs.i386: W: undefined-non-weak-symbol /usr/lib/libcalc.so.2.12.2.1 cust
calc-libs.i386: W: undefined-non-weak-symbol /usr/lib/libcalc.so.2.12.2.1
rl_readline_name
(and so many)
------------------------------------------------------
    This will cause linkage failure against these libraries and cannot
    be accepted (if you want to provide -devel subpackage).

* Documents
  - For this package, the "core" package is calc-libs.
    i.e. all other packages depend on calc-libs, and
         even one can try to install only calc-libs
         and try not to install calc.
    So there can be the case in which no documents like
    license texts are installed, which is not proper.

    In short, license texts and so on must be moved to
    -libs subpackage.
