I'd like to point out that (unless I've missed something) FESCo has not 1)
announced that external kernel module packages are now banned in Fedora on
fedora-devel-announce nor 2) even posted the summary of the meeting where this
was decided, so it's not that big of a surprise that people may still be
spending time to package things that do not have a chance to be included.  I've
contacted bpepple earlier today, asking for the announcement.
