Till posted the IRC log from last week's FESCo meeting in Comment #4 where they
voted 8-1 (Thanks jtibbs, you've got my vote any day of the week) on this very
matter.  I agree with you that the decision hasn't been made public (yet), but
that doesn't mean FESCo is unclear / undecided on the matter.
