Jaroslav:  can you post a new .spec as well?

Looking at the .spec from that SRPM, I still see a few issues (in addition to
the other concerns above):

- remove the Epoch entirely
- write a summary
- it seems odd that jhall.jar is being installed as javahelp-%{version}.jar
- add java as a Requires
- add a version into the most recent changelog entry
