dpkg.i386: E: only-non-binary-in-usr-lib
There are only non binary files in /usr/lib so they should be in /usr/share.

.pm files are are not intended to be run directly rather .pl files are and they
don't generally don't need she-bang. So, most probably I am wrong.

But you will need to investigate why that one of these files most probably
mksplit has an issue.
