1) I didn't rename install-info/cleanup-info intentionally  and
dpkg-install-info/dpkg-cleanup-info are installed to /usr/sbin and appear to
work properly.

2) should I just add "rm $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_sbindir}/dpkg-update-alternatives"
to the SPEC file to remove it ?
