What is ranting about this? rpm.spec don't have a syntax specification, the FPG
doesn't cover this case and this package submission challenges both.

OK, so this font package is addressing the French audience only?

You might not be aware how exotic even comparatively far spread things like an
acute accent is to many users?

My last name contains one, I am well aware about the fact how much it is. Now
extend this to other charsets and languages.

ftp'ing and using other command tools are still the only applicable method in
many use cases, e.g. in case of broken repositories, broken network access etc.
