Well unfortunately I have a job, and a girlfriend, and a social life, and a
major project of my own...

I don't mind putting packages together when I build them for myself, and
submitting them here, especially ones which don't require much maintenance but
I'm not willing to chase gnome bugs and reference them, and put up with the
whining of people like you who seem to have something against me building
packages. Just one point I'd like to make, rules are guidelines, not things you
can use to belittle people. <<invoke godwins law here>>

Arrogance... I give thanks to Novell, as it is a lovely menu. As I give thanks
to all the open source developers in the world. If you wish to bring that kind
of arrogance into a distribution then it will have a negative impact for us all.

The point being, we do need to care who and where stuff comes from, and thank
them, and give props to them, and treat them seriously cool because we're not
competitors we're collaborators.
