It seems good:
Could you make a script to repackage the source tarball from the vcs ?
Why to bundle icons and images as %doc in the -devel package  :
 %doc README.html libMini.css libMini.ico libMini.jpg libMini.ppm ?

Why this directory is deleted ?
%{__rm} -rf mini/GL

What about ABI stability and the fact that Rawhide will enter in development
freeze in two weeks ? Wouldn't it be better to wait for a release ?
