This has now been fixed.  The scripts to update descriptions were looking for
certain yum repositories.  Unfortunately, those repositories could not be
reached from inside of PHX.  I've updated the scripts to use the mirrorlist and
added a specific host (archives.fedoraproject.org) to the /etc/hosts files so
that this is no longer an issue.

Confirmed that gromacs' summary and description were updated after the changes.
