Description: Hi.  This is the first time I'm trying to contribute an RPM to
Fedora and would love for someone to sponsor me and review my rpm.  All
criticism is welcome :).  

bnIRC is a ncurses based IRC client as well as a modular IRC framework.  It can
easily be extended through the creation of plugins written in Python.
