yours is a variant of the third one, it's fine according to the guidelines.

The main problem I still see if that compilation dos not pick up our
RPM_OPT_FLAGS. try setting both CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS with it, then it should
work as expected and it will probably fix the debuginfo problem.
