Hmm, this package is causing me uneasy feelings:

1) What does this package do what package-cleanup doesn't already do?

2) AFAIU, the nomenclature this package uses clashes with Fedora's (yum)
nomenclature:

yum/package-cleanup/Fedora:
"orphan" == "package is not available in repo"
"leaf" == "package without dependency"
