Did a scratch koji build:

However, still some warnings from rpmlint:

eclib-static.i586: W: no-documentation
eclib-static.i586: W: binaryinfo-readelf-failed 
2 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 3 warnings.


The no-documentation looks like fine to ignore, not sure about no-dependency-on
and  binaryinfo-readelf-failed.  Can you either fix them, or explain why we can
ignore them.  Is it because upstream doesn't use proper sonames?
