Thanks for continuing the review.  Here are the new packages:

Also, the upstream author had this to say:
"PHP FPDF and PHP Ming aren't external dependencies, but if either of those
packages are available in Fedora, they should be "Requires" for the PTS
package. The FPDF package allows the user to save the results to a PDF file and
the Ming package allows the user to render Adobe SWF graphs. These aren't
required unless you want to use those features, but they should be included if
available in Fedora."

I do not see either of those packages in Fedora.  If I am wrong let me know.
