The SONAMEs you set are bad. Example:

  SONAME            Library soname: [../lib/libfltk2.so.2.0]

Must not contain any path and not the trailing minor version either:
libfltk2.so.2

[...]

Please delete .SILENT from the top-level "makeincludes" file fragment, so the
build output becomes verbose.
