- copy parrot source directory "lib" to add perl modules


I added files until building pynie works:

            --encoding=fixed_8 --target=pir src/parser/actions.nqp

src/builtins/io.pir src/builtins/lists.pir src/builtins/oper.pir >
src/gen_builtins.pir
/usr/bin/parrot  -o pynie.pbc pynie.pir
[gz016 at vgerd1 pynie.svn]$ 


The URL of the latest spec file remains the same.
