Package fails to build:

Error in loadNamespace(i[[1L]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths())) : 
  there is no package called 'Biobase'
ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'Biostrings'

Missing Requires and BuildRequires on R-Biobase?
