I've built the RPM from a git clone on F10:

  make dist && rpmbuild -ta libguestfs-1.0.18.tar.gz

It satisfies all MUST requirements and almost all SHOULDs.
The only missing SHOULD is gettext support.

However, I'm still getting the "make check" failures
we've been looking at for some time.  Probably not
worth worrying about if I'm the only one.
