If the first one is a direct download, then I think it's OK to let it there.
The second one is better from name point of view - it's in %{name}-%{version}
scheme. But it's redirect :( And it extracts to that not very nice directory...
It would be nice to ask upstream for real and proper release going with usual
release standards.

Other issues are solved, I think I can approve it. Kevin what do you think
about letting current sources URL?
