This builds but does not seem to install due to a missing dependency on
perl(Test::Dynamic).  It's odd that anything in Test would be required at
runtime; can you explain why the three dependencies under "#testsuite" would
need to be runtime dependencies instead of build-time dependencies, or why
Test::Dynamic is required for anything?  It doesn't seem to appear in the
source at all.
