question: I've updated the SRPM with a new (fixed) copy of the Makefile... now
how do I get that new package into the system?  originally I did:

/home/rpm/cvs # ./common/cvs-import.sh -b F-10
~/SRPMS/afraid-dyndns-1.0-2.fc11.src.rpm

but now that the package has been imported, it can't be imported again... so if
I've made a change, how do I tell it to use the new 1.0-2.fc11 source package?
