some quick notes :
- the %doc section is empty, you can remove it
- /usr/bin/nsca might be confusing as there is already a send_nsca provided in
/usr/sbin with the nsca-client package.
- other than that, the package looks good. I have no time to write a full
review now, but I will do it if no one beats me.
