I'm still checking what else depends on clipper, so that I can make sure that
none of the other packages we have is adversely affected by the update, but I
have an updated mmdb (1.21).  Once I'm happy that upgrading clipper isn't an
issue, I'll replace the one I uploaded with a newer version.
