Interesting enough, when I unpack your rpm, it's 0600 and rpmlint catches it.
Of cource changing the permissions locally and then testing is ok.

I checked koji binaries and they are fine and yours are too. I guess I'll need
to check my environment and see why it's happening.

Don't worry about it, I am sure it's my problem. Sorry I haven't noticed it
before.
