A mock build barfs without a BuildRequires on python-setuptools, specifically:

+ /usr/bin/python setup.py build
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 15, in <module>
    from setuptools import setup, find_packages
ImportError: No module named setuptools

I've added "BuildRequires: python-setuptools" to fix the above and "Requires:
python-pygments\nRequires: django-evolution" per jkatz in comment #17:
