Need to fix opentracker-ipv6 initscript.

# /sbin/service opentracker-ipv6 start
Starting opentracker-ipv4: /etc/init.d/opentracker-ipv6: line 36:
/usr/bin/opentracker-ipv4: No such file or directory  [FAILED]
