It seems the package doesn't work on 64-bit architectures. At least, the test
suite executed by "make check" fails on my x86_64 system while it succeeds in
an i586 environment. Is orc supposed to be run on 32-bit architectures only? If
you don't know, please ask upstream for clarification. Maybe you should also
add
  %check
  make check
to the spec file. All architectures on which the tests fail during a koji
scratch build should probably be excluded from the build process.

Finally, please always provide direct links to the spec and SRPM files. :)
