So the problem here is not in drbd, but an implementation/integration bug in
resource-agents/rgmanager.

To make the long story short, the 2 conflicting files will have to vanish from
resource-agents/rgmanager but because of that error it will take a bit of time.

The authoritative package will be -rgmanager from drbd.

Florian was kind enough to give us (upstream for rgmanager/resource-agents)
time to fix it properly and avoid an upstream/fedora packaging specific change.
