Doh.  I was dumb and had an obvious bug that I missed because I had AntTweakBar
already installed elsewhere, and rpmlint apparently didn't catch it.  I was
installing the shared object as libAntTweakBar.so.0, and I wasn't created any
links for libAntTweakBar.so in the -devel package making linking rather
difficult.

1.13-2 spec file and SRPM with the links added to make it Right(tm):
