Some other stuff:
- On KDE it appears in two different menus: Graphics, and Science & Math. I
don't have a problem with that, but don't know if it is intentional or not.
- Does not run on F12:

Could not find the main class: net/sf/jaxodraw/JaxoDraw. Program will exit.
- I know it is more of an application than a library, but perhaps you want to
build and package the javadocs?

puts javadocs in build/javadoc
- I think you should run the unit tests:
BuildRequires: ant-junit

which for me results in:
