Hi DemetrisK,
  In ibus-handwrite code, this package hard coded zh_CN.model. Currently it
doesn't support Japanese Handwriting input methods.
  Maybe you can try Open-Source Chinese and Japanese Handwriting
Recognition(http://tegaki.org/). dunno, whether it exists in Fedora yet.
