I have nothing against either name.

For the moment, everything is called postgresql-something. If you say that it
will change soon in Fedora, it could be a good idea to rename it to orafce now
so that it won't change down the line. But if the naming stay as it is,
postgresql-orafce is the way to go.

Maybe we can wait a little bit before importing the package to see what people
think about this issue?
