Just a FYI:

I removed the BR to python3-setuptools, because I blindly added this, because
this was in the python-chardet.spec...
After verifying in a local mock build, this is not needed, because
python3-chardet is building the egg with distuils.


-> Sucessfully imported in CVS without the python3-setuptools
