In case we ship sasl2 config with pwcheck_method:saslauthd, I think the
saslauthd in require is OK. But shouldn't we add cyrus-sasl-plain? It don't
need shared secret and AFAIK the TLS/PLAIN is quite common setup thus the basic
auth would work out of the box.
