Okay, if we are working with Helios, we should bump to PTP 4.0.X.

I've put a preliminary src.rpm and spec here:

The problem now is that my previous method for determining what features to
build and in what order no longer works.  The "master" feature.xml only lists a
few items.  Any ideas on how to pursue this?  I suppose there must be some
build tool that goes out and analyzes the dependencies to produce the proper
build order.
