As long as a review request hasn't been closed, the corresponding (potential)
package is assigned to the submitter, even if there's no working SRPM yet.
However, the submitter should of course provide some reviewable files in a
timely manner, or he should close the ticket if he's no longer interested.

That's fine, and it's great that you care. Let's just wait for a response
before we take action here.
